the strumming of the strings
with each little note,
so clear and strong.
seems nothing can go wrong
the melody you hear
so precious and dear,
as if the sound was all around you.
the stings are strumming
each little note so clear
the music is quite sharp,
playing on a harp.

where is the light I once knew
where are the friends I used to know,
how can I get free from this place now.
Do I know what's going on
will I even understand it at all
to slip away and fall into the dark,
or to come back crawling towards the light.
Why can't I fight this time
am I weak and helpless
has my strength disappeared,
or am I merely weakened.
Do I know what really happened
or was it all just a dream
could it have been a nightmare,
just to make me scream.
